Tania Covo is a  jewellery brand offering beautifully hand crafted pieces. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional online shopping experience.   • Shipping Times: Standard processing times are between 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Made to order pieces may take longer as per item description.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and the shipping option you choose.

  • International Orders: For orders outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items according to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

  • Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: Items must be in unused and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.

  • Earrings: For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our Site are displayed in GBP, inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, the price of your order will be honoured at the time your order is placed.
